AMERICA
UNITED
INTERNATIONAL
A grassroots campaign of
Louisiana United International, Inc.
Perhaps to many of our family members and friends, we have the simple choice to cut our losses and move on with our lives.
However . . .
tyranny is not an encounter much like a romantic fling between consenting adults. A tyrant, whether an individual or corrupted institution, controls the oppressed. They either escape that bondage or remain its captives. There is no hybrid state of being.
AUI is a figurative “Time Out”, “Code Blue”, “Red Button Push” on the weaponization of America's legal system.
AUI is premised on the collective right having been triggered of “the People to alter . . .” U.S. government, all within the power vested in us by natural law, including our inherent right to self-defend, given the inalienability of those rights, our privileges and immunities as American citizens, plus circumstances countenanced by our Declaration of Independence.

THE EVOLUTION WILL BE TELEVISED
America United International evolved from Opt IN USA
Opt IN USA is a U.S.-based effort that formally launched in January 2016 to precipitate compliance with and an expansion of America’s International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). Opt IN USA’s primary goals are to trigger good faith execution of all administrative, investigative, adjudicatory, and legislative processes anticipated by U.N. General Assembly Resolution 60/147 (Basic Principles and Guidelines on the Right to a Remedy and Reparation for Victims of Gross Violations of International Human Rights Law and Serious Violations) on behalf of any and all Americans alleging to have endured organized U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct as of 1990 or later, plus U.S. ratification of the First Optional Protocol to its ICCPR.
WE SEEK COMPLIANCE WITH AMERICA'S ICCPR,
INTERNATIONAL COVENANT
ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS
The United States of America, having apparently conceded as of January 15, 2021 that it fails to provide
effective avenues of redress for organized abuse of its legal system facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct . . .
-
yet taken no action apparent to this campaign's founders, adequately protecting the lives, liberty, and property of average Americans as well as other U.S. residents from that particularly egregious form of human rights violations . . .
-
despite America's Commander-in-Chief having been specifically asked to do so by correspondence of June 15, 2021, and the specific obligations of its ICCPR,
-
accordingly effectuated the collective rights of directly impacted Americans to peacefully establish reasonable terms for achieving that protection.
Certain of us endeavor to do so under the banner of America United International (AUI).
With the power vested in us by natural law, including our inherent right to self-defend, and given the inalienability of those rights, our privileges and immunities as American citizens, plus circumstances under which Americans are collectively countenanced by our Declaration of Independence (as well as certain of America's founders and Enlightenment Age thinkers) to resist “any Form of Government . . . destructive of these ends”, we peacefully wield the right for ourselves and as envoys for “the People to alter . . .” U.S. government such that we “seem most likely to effect (both our own) Safety and Happiness”
and that of our fellow countrymen and countrywomen as well as America's children.
Imagine the coup d'é·tat of using a nation’s adjudicatory as well as quasi-adjudicatory agencies and courtrooms to conclusively determine whether they themselves are corrupted; reduced to a charade at will; regularly re-purposed to serve a distinct, illicit end that it seems no lone voice or fleeting coalition can thwart through any lawful private citizen and/or government oversight ─ no matter the dissenter’s previous impact on public affairs.

THE FIX IS IN . . .
that of those who corrupted U.S. courts and quasi-judicial bodies with increasing blatantness for at least the last 3 decades and now:
America United International,
our very different fix.
